Honestly best business podcast out there. I hate the podcasts where people try to teach you about business but their business is their podcast. Keaton, Thomas, and the Turner team offer fantastic lessons and insight into running a dirt world business, and guess what, they are actually in the business. Great show, great business insights. I’ve been latched on for the past couple of years. As long as you can get past Keaton’s constant pursuing of wanting someone to yell at him (🧐) and the mental picture of an office full of bros in pit vipers, you’ll be thoroughly entertained !

Great listen guys! Just recently started and love it. But my question is where are the opportunities for young guys coming out of school. I’ve been around construction my whole life and ran equipment in my internships where I was supposed to be an engineer. When do you have enough experience to have the best of both worlds ?

Yall talk a lot about stuff that does happen on a daily basis I work for of the largest mining company from Arizona in west Texas and theres a lot of things they don’t do right, and don’t don’t even make us feel like we are part of the company

Many of us in the construction industry are here because we love what we do. It’s called Passion. You guys hit the nail on the head on this one. I can relate to it because I love what I do. I love my job, the company I work for, the contractors I deal with and the industry I am apart of. Why ? Because I have passion. I’ve had it since I was 5 years old playing in the backyard with my Tonka trucks in the Sandbox or watching a real live Construction project taking shape. I was the only kid at 5 years old that could tell you how to build a road from start to finish. If you asked me at that age what I wanted to do when I grew up, I would tell you “I wanted to be in Construction”. Before I graduated college, I tried other jobs and careers, but my heart wasn’t in it. My heart was in construction. I’ve been in the industry for 25 years now and I haven’t regretted one moment of it. If you have a Passion, the money will come and you will be successful

As a self employed dude grinding everyday for the opportunity to provide for my family, I’m learning there’s more people out there just like me. Incredible to get a different insight to the construction industry and how barriers are being broken. Operating as an Independent Contractor over the past 6 years has had its deep lows and triumphant highs. No joke... listening to these guys has inspired me to finally act on business ventures I thought the industry wasn’t ready for because its so old school. But not anymore. Thanks!

Best podcast out there that dives into the dirt world, but goes much beyond that. Worth the listen, nothing more transparent and genuine.

This podcast was one of the most refreshing, exciting, motivating, down right raw things I have heard in a while. The transparency you both allowed in the way you told your story was separated this from the norm. You created a desire for people to either chase their passion or become 10x more valuable to their current employer. It’s so clear now, why you believe you will change the industry. Keep it up and I’m excited to hear what’s next!

There is no way to understand the struggle without living through it. Being a young entrepreneur presents several challenges, self doubt, anxiety, and financial troubles, to name a few. The guys really break down how they manage to work through problems and remain focused on their goals. If you want to do what everyone else isn’t, this is the podcast for you.
